Terms of Service

  • GENERAL TERMS

  • Please provide a clear description on what you want, the client is looking for and the intended use (i.e. Personal or Commercial). In addition if there is a deadline the client must declare it in the initial communication.

  • Please provide accurate and clear visual and/or written references.

  • There is a zero tolerance policy on ill or aggressive behaviour. If any of these behaviours occur I, the artist reserves the right to decline or cancel the client’s commission.

  • Please act in a professional manner around the artist when discussing the commissions.

  • The artist reserves the right to decline the client’s commission if it breaks an intended use sites terms of service (i.e. Twitch emotes) or the artist does not feel comfortable with the topic mentioned by the client (i.e. fetishes). If you have any questions regarding this, please ask while in contact about it.

  • If you wish for the commission to not be uploaded for any reason (i.e. privacy reasons or gift art for someone), please inform the artist in the initial communication.

  • Clients may repost artwork to their personal galleries, but credit is required in the description and linked back to the original artist.

  • Commercial usage of artwork in any way, shape or form is not permitted unless previously discussed.

  • PROCESS

  • The artist will offer works in progress to make sure the client is ok with the pose or how the piece is coming along during its draft phase. The number of WIP’s may vary if the client requires edits or if it’s a large commission.

  • Any major changes need to be made during production (i.e. changing a scene entirely after already making a start on animating the old scene) there will be a charge from $50 depending on how much needs to be rearranged.

  • Depending on the size of the commission, complexity or life events it can take several months for completion. If anything comes up that delays the commission the client will be notified as soon as possible.

  • PAYMENT & REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All commissions must be paid in full or a down payment before the artist begins working on commissions. Payment plans can be discussed for animation commissions or on a case-by-case basis.

  • All payments are done through PayPal and Stripe only.

  • All prices are in USD and GBP and will be charged in those currencies. Requests to be charged in other forms of currency will be denied.

  • All payments must be paid through the invoice sent to the client. Unpaid invoices will result in denied commissions.

  • Refunds / Cancelling Policy

  • The artist or client can cancel a commission at any time, for any reason.

  • If work has not been started yet, the client will be refunded in full.

  • If work has begun but is not complete, the client will be refunded 50% of the total price. No refunds will be issued if commissions are completed.

Please note the estimated time of departure is only in regards to the delivery of the badge itself to your address. If you need the badge by a specific date, please make sure to let me know of the dates needed and I will make and send it off ASAP. It's recommended to order the badges a month the latest before the convention you intend on attending so accommodate any potential delays on delivery.
